Some tinkering with random stuff floating in my mind, this mech/Drone is weak alone, and not so weak in masses :p

Edit: Maybe i should have mentioned that it is supposed to be mainly a JUMPING attack drone :p In case the back legs caused confusion

Edit 2: Now changed to mark 2, incorporating all the changes from my photo compilations with this model, and changed the shader again...

Now final final, really final :)

it's like a robotic flea from hell! 8D

I think that's actually a very viable mech right there. o.o It'd probably do some damage if it actually landed ON the target, considering the bulk of those front limbs, though I assume it's main weapon are those guns/lasers on either side of the head.

Thats just small armor plates covering the mechanics, they are not massive (contrary to what it may appear, i actually know abit or two about engineering :p) So i am well aware that the tiny connections in the ankles to torso wouldnt carry the weight :p)

But heh, i was just scrolling to random mech scribbles i found on the web and this one just came out of it, it took me less than 6 hours so.. yeah.. ;)

Yesh, the guns on the sides of the head are the main weapons, no lasers here, simple machine guns (wouldnt have added the ammo canister on top of the guns otherwise :p)

Main goal here was definitly "keeping it simple" so that i could potentially not get bored while modelling it... it worked ;)

Yay machine guns! They're my favorite of the rapid-firing-guns. 'Specially if you pack AP ammo or self-sharpening ammo or something like that for anti-light-armor work. XD

That saying, i can't believe i didnt spot you earlier, you got some great 3d models!

Anyway, yeah the concept ive seen alot.. guess alot of people get inspired by weird jumping insects with machine guns... hah :)

I find it rather cute, without weapons it would make a nice spy drone too

No, that wassnt a lie, but in this case the problem is not the balljoint itself, but the CASING of the joint :) (which is a bit thin :p)

Maybe i need to a action scene with this one?.. mhh. nah.. or maybe.....
